How It Works

Let others know about how great the rates and service are at Frank Mortgage and you get rewarded. Not only can you benefit, but we also reward your referral for closing a mortgage with us. It’s a win-win!

You both will earn at least $100 once the mortgage closes with Frank Mortgage. Depending on the mortgage size, the cash reward you can each earn could be as much as $500. It’s simple, just have the person you are referring use the below link to register and begin a mortgage application.

Then email your Frank Mortgage agent and let them know you made the referral. After their mortgage closes with us, Frank Mortgage will transfer the cash reward directly to each of you. Note that the referral program can be used for new mortgages, renewals and refinances.

Our referral program provides an opportunity for you to reward a family member, friend or colleague with a cash reward, not to mention showing them the easier, faster way to get a great mortgage that Frank Mortgage offers. Frank Mortgage is Canada’s only online and fully transparent marketplace.

1. Combined cash reward calculated as 0.10% of the mortgage balance, split evenly between the referral and the referrer. This is subject to a minimum cash reward of $100 each and maximum of $500 each.
2. The cash reward we provide does not come from the customer being charged a fee.
3. If the customer referred to us is eligible for another cash reward at Frank Mortgage, they will receive the larger of the rewards they qualify for, but not both.
